Foundational Reformer class — learn spring tension, footwork, the long box and feet-in-straps. Slow, precise, instructor-led. New to Reformer? Start here.
Reformer Intermediate
Builds on the foundations with longer flows, jump board introductions and unilateral work. Expect to leave shaking — in the best way.
Reformer Restore
Slow, mindful, mobility-led. A reset for tight hips, stiff backs and tired bodies. Suitable for all levels including total beginners.
